A Robber Fly, Stenopogoninae
They catch their victims in midair and stick their beak into the fly, (bee or other small insects) and inject saliva containing neurotoxic and proteolytic enzymes. After awhile they suck in dinner.
Robber flies are opportunistic predators of other insects.
