We have a drainage ditch that runs along the edge of the driveway. It was overgrown with stuff that seemed like a good idea at the time, about 30 years ago.So we cleaned that up, left the Arctostaphylos Dr. Hurd. But then we had the fear of someone driving into the ditch. I put a stump there to block direct access, Penny hated it.
Penny used the Jeep to flip it over, dug a hole and put in into the ground upside down.
SO, if you come out to the nursery do not let Penny stump you.
